File Your Report
Submit a Chaplain Call Report
You will be directed to the Tulsa Police Department reporting system to file your chaplain activity report.
Open Report System ↗Before You File
- ›Have your badge/ID number ready (e.g. N533)
- ›Note the incident date, time, and location
- ›Document the type of call (crisis, notification, wellness, etc.)
- ›Reports should be filed within 48 hours of the call

Training
Initial Credentialing
All new chaplains must complete the TPD credentialing process including background check, interview, and orientation before riding.
RequiredRide-Along Requirement
A minimum number of supervised ride-alongs with a senior chaplain must be completed prior to independent deployment.
RequiredAnnual Recertification
Chaplains must complete annual recertification including updated training hours and a review of policy and procedures.
AnnualCrisis Intervention Training
CIT training is strongly encouraged for all chaplains to enhance skills in mental health crisis response alongside officers.
